Here is a bath time indulgence, perfect during pregnancy or for newborn babies and kids. It's a great natural substitute for traditional soaps.

Combine salts and bicarb soda into a mixing container, add essential oil, mix through then pour into glass jar. Use half a cup per bath.

Try adding a 1/4 cup of crushed rolled oats;

Add when mixing salts and bicarb soda (can also use as substitute for epsom salts)
Or add lavender to the oats and tie them in a stocking. Let float in the bath for silky soft skin.
